My training is in Ignatian spirituality, which presumes that the divine is in the midst of our daily lives and can found in all things. God seeks relationship with us as we seek relationship with God.
​
My role as spiritual director is to accompany my directees as they encounter God delighting in them, walking with them, and guiding them to use their gifts.
The Spirit directs our conversations; we listen attentively and discern lovingly.

During COVID-19, I am offering online spiritual direction to my regular directees and to Chicago area residents so we can continue direction in person after the pandemic.
