Why yoga?

​

Yoga gives us space to slow down, cultivate awareness and intentionality, and show up on our mats exactly as we are.

 

A regular yoga practice can help us feel more centered, more at peace, and more ourselves.

Individual yoga sessions are personalized to reflect what you are seeking through a yoga practice – whether that is mindful movement, strength building, embodied prayer, or otherwise.

 

Sessions are based on your intentions and promise to be safe and approachable.

 

I am trained in vinyasa yoga and in trauma-informed yoga, and teach restorative yoga at a local studio as often as possible.
